Please download and complete the Space Application for any show that you wish to participate in and submit by fax, email or mail.
Upon receipt of your Space Application we will contact you to finalize your booth location.
We will then issue an invoice for the space requested. Payment is made per the Space Application form.
Please note that the Show provides the following as part of your booth space rental:
8 ft high black drape
Dollies at move-in and move-out
Fall Show – October 19 & 20, 2013 Forms
Spring Show – April 5 & 6, 2014 Forms
