Each Show Exhibitor Manual includes the Show Rules and Regulations and all details about the move-in and move-out . Please ensure that you read the Show Rules and Regulations as they form part of the exhibit space contract.
If you require additional items for your booth such as tables, chairs and carpet you may order from Freeman, the official show decorator.
You are also welcome to furnish your booth with your own tables, chairs and floor covering. Every booth should have some form of floor cover. We recommend carpet tiles for easy transport and installation.
Freeman also provides electrical services for each show. The booth is not furnished with electrical. It is important to order this in advance of the show to avoid premium at-show pricing.
